The capital of Estonia, Tallinn is often considered mainly for it's UNESCO World Heritage old town area or the nightclubs and shopping malls. As well as it's legacy going back to 1248, it still has evidence of the occupation by the Soviet Union as well as major pushes to modernise. Skype was invented here.
